Kay Stroud

Kay Stroud is a health blogger who focuses on the relationship between consciousness and wellbeing, particularly spirituality and health. Because her own spiritual practice (Christian Science) has helped her so much over the past four decades she's curious to see how the elements involved are being recognised and implemented in society. For instance, science is increasingly exploring the impact consciousness has on medical outcomes.

Kay writes a regular column for Toowoomba's Mail where she currently resides. She provides occasional comments in other regional newspapers in Queensland, is a regular contributor to Online Opinion and blogs at www.qldhealthblog.com. She also represents Christian Science to the media and government throughout Northern Australia.
