Dave Baigent

Dr Dave Baigent was a firefighter for over 30 years before he turned to academia, wrote the UK’s first Public Service Degree at Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge, established a fire service research unit and set up www.fitting-in.com to support gender equality and a lot more in the fire service.
