Toward a culture of ethics
Institutions can provoke envy, exploitation, or alienation. But they can also foster cooperation if grounded in fair principles that people accept as legitimate. In Pakistan, the work of embedding ethics into institutions may feel monumental. But it is also urgent.
The culture we make today - whether one of tolerance or corruption, inclusion or exclusion - shapes the society we will inhabit tomorrow. If ethics is woven into daily life, our collective fabric might yet be stitched with integrity.

While theoretically one could arrive at a logical requirement , it is important to mention how some steps are progressing to meet the requiremen . In Karachi a private health institution has embarked on a graduate program of booethics. For the first time a course on Organizational Ethics was developed for it's first cohort of students. The course opened a wide door of learning for its 13 mid-level health professionals who are now determined to take forward ethics in their respective organizations.
