Sarah Wise

Dr Sarah Wise is General Manager Policy Research and Innovation at Anglicare Victoria. She has a background in developmental psychology and has had many years of research, policy and communications experience. Her first ongoing research position was at the Australian Institute of Family Studies (AIFS), where she remained for 12 years.

In 2008 Dr Wise accepted an executive position at Anglicare Victoria to establish their Policy, Research and Innovation unit and lead the Agency’s media and communications team. Since her appointment she has built considerable research capability within the Agency and has used research knowledge to influence strategic and practice decision-making and service developments. She has also increased the visibility and influence of Anglicare Victoria through dissemination of research and Agency wisdom through a variety of media outlets.
