Kevin Armstrong
Kevin Armstrong has teaching qualifications and a business management background. He has worked at management levels in private enterprise, government and the not-for-profit sector.
He is a former General Manager of the Sydney Business Enterprise Centre, providing advice and training for establishing and growing businesses.
Kevin spent 8 years managing the Central Coast Group Training Ltd, providing training and employment opportunities for around 200 young people; our organisation was rated among the top performers in vocational training in Australia.
During that period, CCGT established a Business and Retail Skills Centre and a Building Industry Skills Training Centre and pioneered a combination of formal and on-the job training of mature-aged Aboriginal apprentices on the mid north coast of NSW.
These days, Kevin's time is spent as Vice President / Secretary of Bateau Bay Man's Shed and leading the establishment of a Community Garden.
