Tim is a political professional with a passion for information and communications technology. He holds a Masters of Science (Politics and Communications) from the London School of Economics focusing on the use of ICT in political communication. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons, Bond) and a Masters of Public Policy and Management (Monash).
