Michael Bosscher

Michael was born and raised in Melbourne and upon completion of his secondary schooling in the United Kingdom he arrived in Brisbane to undertake his university degree.

Throughout the course of his degree Michael worked full time for the Crown Solicitor's Office as well as completing his degree on a full time basis at the University of Queensland.

Shortly after becoming admitted Michael became an employee of Brendan P. Ryan & Associates in Toowong, Twelve months later in April of 1995, Michael and Brendan formed a partnership and Ryan & Bosscher Lawyers was created.

Michael is the Managing Partner of the firm and combined with his legal work, he is responsible for the overall management of all six practices. Michael was instrumental in the establishment of the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Toowoomba and Sydney offices and maintains a managerial role so far as they are concerned.

Michael appears as an advocate before any Court or Tribunal in the State of Queensland. He is also admitted to practice in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.

Michael's practice generally consists of larger scale matters handled by the firm as well as "white collar crime".

Michael is a passionate criminal law advocate.
